If you're onboarding to a home care agency with Homecare Pro, you'll be shown any onboarding tasks you need to finish -- including completing your profile information and uploading documents at the top of the page. Once you complete your tasks you'll be prompted to sign your employment documents, which will have been sent to your email inbox.
Once you've started working for your home care agency you'll see a slightly different view when you log into Homecare Pro. Your main dashboard will have two main tabs at the top: Tasks and Documents.
To view your tasks:
Click the Tasks tab
You’ll see a list of anything you need to complete or any missing profile information that is required
Each task will tell you what’s missing and when it’s due
Once you complete a task, it will disappear from the list
If your task list is empty, that means you’re all caught up!
