How do I complete a quiz?

Some agencies may assign you a quiz to test your knowledge — this could be for onboarding or ongoing compliance.

Here’s how to complete it:

1. Open the quiz task from your Homecare Pro dashboard

2. Tap the link provided — it will open in a new page

3. Fill in any required text fields, such as your full name and date (look for red stars)

4. Answer all required questions

5. When you’re done, hit Submit

6. If you missed a question, you’ll be prompted to answer it before submitting again

7. Once submitted, return to your Homecare Pro page. The task will be removed and marked complete once your agency receives the quiz

Tip: It may take a minute or two for a quiz task to disappear from your dashboard after submitting. You can always refresh your page if needed.
