What are packets in Homecare Pro?

Packets let you group multiple tasks together and send them to a caregiver as one bundle on an ad-hoc basis. This makes it easier to assign a set of tasks at once, and is especially helpful if you need to manually assign a signature packet that includes multiple documents. 

Example: You have an Orientation Packet that includes several signature tasks, but you only want it sent if an onboarding caregiver meets specific criteria. In this case, you do not want these signature tasks assigned to roles, and instead you will want to group them into a Packet.
