If you have a document (such as car insurance or driver's license) that needs to be updated because you've changed providers or needed to make an update prior to it expiring, you probably won't see a task in Homecare Pro asking for it, because the current version hasn’t expired yet.
What to do: Just let your agency manager know you need to provide an updated document, and they can adjust your task so it appears in your view. Once they do, you’ll see a task in your Homecare Pro dashboard that allows you to upload the updated version.
