How do I complete my profile?

Once you've logged into your Homecare Pro account, the first thing you'll need to do is complete your profile if there are missing details. 


Here’s how:

  1. Once you log in to Homecare Pro, you’ll see blocks asking for things like your address, date of birth, driver's license number and social security number.

  2. Fill out all required fields

  3. Click Save, and the block will disappear once that section is complete

  4. Repeat for any other profile sections


✅ Once your profile is complete, any tasks you need to complete will show up for you
