Sometimes you’ll see a “Generate Packet” button before you can start signing a collection of documents.
That’s because your agency first needs to prepare the set of documents for you. Generating the packet fills in your personal details (like your name, dates, and role) and puts all the forms together in one place.
Once the packet is generated, you’ll see a “Sign Document” button. From there, you can review, sign, and complete everything in one step.
