Generating a packet in HomeCare Pro creates the official set of documents that will be prepared for e-signature within the platform. Until a packet is generated, there’s nothing for the caregiver or manager to review and sign.
Think of it as preparing the envelope before sending it out:
Before generation: the packet of signature tasks only exist as individual templates.
After generation: the packet is created for a specific caregiver, combining all due signature tasks with their details pre-filled, so it's ready for signing.
This step ensures each caregiver’s paperwork is personalized, accurate, and audit-ready.
