Can I add multiple agency managers?

TL;DR: You can add as many agency manager's as you'd like to your Agency, but only one manager can be assigned per caregiver.


Full Answer:

To add an agency manager:

  1. Go to your Agency Configuration tab

  2. Next to the Managers Table click "Add New"

  3. Enter their name, email, and a phone number that can be used for caregiver support.

  4. Click Save and send them Instructions on How To Login to Homecare Pro



Tip:

  • Once you add a new agency manager, you can assign caregivers to them at any time under the caregiver’s profile
