How can caregivers access Homecare Pro?

TL;DR: Caregivers can access Homecare Pro by going to app.homecarepro.io. They do not need a username or password to log in. They just need to click the magic link sent to their email.

Caregivers access Homecare Pro using their email just like you do as an agency manager: no passwords required. 


When your caregiver is added to Homecare Pro, we'll send them instructions via SMS on how to log in (including the email that is associated with their account). They'll need to go to app.homecarepro.io and enter their email, and we'll send them an email with a magic link and code; they can use either of these to log in. 


Once they are logged into Homecare Pro on their phone or laptop, they should stay logged in, but they can always log back in at any time by inputting their email.  


Tips:

  • Make sure your caregiver’s phone number and email is populated in their Homecare Pro profile as this is how they’ll receive login links and all notifications. 
  • We will surface any caregivers that have a missing email address or phone number on your Needs Attention tab. 


Troubleshooting: 

  • Ask them to check their spam folder as the magic link email may have landed there!

  • Check their email address in Homecare Pro to ensure there are no typos
